Clean Air Schools
These schools are proud to be called “Clean Air Schools” for the 2008-2009 academic year, taking the lead to ensure their students are empowered to make a difference for their environment. By learning to “repair the air” with no-idling initiatives, promoting alternative modes of transportation (walking and riding the bus) and becoming involved with the air quality lesson plans, students become stewards for good air quality.
