Form A Vanpool

The easiest way to join a vanpool is by forming one at your worksite. There may be people who work with you that live near you and are looking for a commute solution.

If you want to form your own vanpool, we're here to help. When you've found a group of interested coworkers, contact us. An outreach coordinator can meet with you and take care of all the details.

Or you can talk to your boss. By offering a vanpooling program, employers can take advantage of the federal Commuter Choice tax provision that benefits both employers and employees. Your employer can also save money on parking costs.

If you and your employer sign up for Guaranteed Ride Home, you will be eligible for a complimentary taxi ride in the event of an emergency. It's free for your employer as well. See if your employer is signed up.
